Its been over thirty-six hours without power. I'm blogging this from my car as I've finally managed to dig it out and plugin my laptop.

What really sucks is not having hot water!

Update: Thank goodness for friends with electricity!

Some information from Pepco:

"Crews continue to work around the clock to restore power to those customers out from the snow storm. In Prince George's County and the District of Columbia, Pepco expects to have the majority of customers restored by Monday morning. For Montgomery County, we expect to have the majority of customers restored by Tuesday night. We also remind all customers to stay away from downed wires and take extra precautions to be safe."
